ACTIVITY REPORT

The main activity of AS BALTI BUSSI GRUPP is the purchase, sale and brokerage of buses and motor vehicles. As a side business, we offer repair services for buses along with necessary spare parts and accessories. We offer spare parts, front, side and door glasses, body parts, seat fabric and other accessories both in retail and wholesale. As a result of bilateral agreements, we offer Pilkington Automotive products in Estonia.

In 2005, a long-term supply contract was signed with the Czech Republic bus manufacturer SOR Libchavy for the supply of new SOR buses to the Baltic States.

In the 2021 financial year, purchase-sale contracts for 3 new SOR buses were concluded, which were realized in January 2022.

In cooperation with a Latvian company that carries out bus superstructures, 5 Mercedes-Benz minibuses were purchased and 4 buses were sold in the 2022 financial year.

9 buses built on the IVECO chassis of Slovak origin were purchased, all of which were sold.

In the fourth quarter of 2022, contracts were signed for the purchase of 23 new buses, which will be realized in the 2023 financial year.

The sale of used buses (10 years or less from initial registration) continues to decline, and instability in the economy and the war in Ukraine have reduced the purchase of used tourism buses to zero. The share of tourist buses in our region is decreasing compared to the rest of Europe, due to Estonia becoming less accessible to tourism - poor air connections, the fall of the major tourism magnet St. Petersburg.

We continue to offer both new and used spare parts, repair services and windshield replacements for all bus brands.

We have tried to keep the most requested and necessary windshields and spare parts in stock.
